Develop Flexibility and Ease of Movement: Foundational Movement with Stretching

This is a 25-minute practice going through the foundational patterns with added stretching to develop flexibility and improve your ease of movement.

This can be used to either start your day or to prepare for more strenuous activity. The sequence of the patterns is varied from our other practices offered on the channel. Choose one practice every day!

Practicing these five, movement patterns in some way, every day, can help retrain your body to move more efficiently, and in some cases improve posture and alleviate pain.
