Pregnancy exercises to stretch your lower back and alleviate back pain

This short clip is to show you how pelvic hip circles are done to help you pretty Mamas stretch out your lower back to give you some relief during the latter stages of pregnancy. You can do these either sitting comfortably on a fit ball or in a standing position by moving your hips and pelvis in gentle circles. Do 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps in one direction then change direction.
